For video sessions you will receive a link in your email upon booking the appointment, and one hour before the appointment. For Phone sessions your therapist will call you from a blocked number at the scheduled time. Please note, Jane will automatically convert time zones. The time in your appointment notification is your session in your local time. For instance, 11 AM is an 11 AM session.
